CAR/SECURITY BEYOND FACADE:
PRESIDENT TOUADERA RETHINKS SECURITY TACTICS
There is an African saying that goes, “where you wash yourself, that is where we sleep.” A truth that draws its essence from a top-secret file according to reliable sources. A bandit named Colonel Amn Moussa Al Sadiq, who is also the director of the Sudanese security and intelligence bureau in the Central African Republic, CAR, is the mastermind of the plot. Unfortunately, this is with the complicity of several Central Africans close to the mathematician that the “atomic bomb” is being fine-tuned.
A Well crafted Scheme

According to reliable sources, Moussa Al Sadiq himself declared that he is currently preparing a popular revolution to overthrow the authorities in power. This is the reason investments are stagnating. The objective: to strangle the economy and especially allow the opposition to seize power in the country. Apparently , the Moussa aAl Sadiq has adopted a tactic of bribing up local administrations and controlling them to create divisions and a polarised CAR. Imploring the divide to better rule diplomacy, perpetuate tribal conflicts, and provoke chaos in the countrybof President Faustin Archange Touadera. Like a Machiavellian envoy, he mobilises the border tribes with Sudan to act against the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of General Hemetti, clandestinely passing arms to terrorists. The man who abusively bears the name AL-SADIQ (the truthful in Arabic) even goes so far as to conspire with local administrations to provoke a war at the border and intervene in Sudan.
Rebel Leaders Find Their Interests

Nour al-Din and Ali Drissa are under the protection of Sudanese authorities and thus, their financial needs are met without issue.
However, it is too late for this now-fugitive who intends to frustrate the relationship between Mohamed HaMdan Dagalo known as Hemetti, and President Faustin Archange Touadera.
